Cymasonic Records (“we”, “us”), part of Cymasonic Labs, Bengaluru, India, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and your rights over it.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us through our contact and music submission form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, any links to your music you share, and your message. We do not collect any of this automatically — only what you submit.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to review music submissions, and to communicate with you about working together. We do not use your details for advertising, and we never sell your data.
How it’s handled
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and emailed to us at records@cymasoniclabs.com. Your message is then stored in our email inbox. We do not share your information with any other third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across the web. The only thing stored in your browser is your background-music mute preference, kept locally on your device — it never leaves your browser and is not personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and submission details only as long as needed to respond and for our own records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and the GDPR, if you’re in the EU/EEA), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you’ve shared with us. To make a request, email records@cymasoniclabs.com.
